Yeah talk about total opposites with how the song came out. One was a toe tapper the other a head bang. A remake of a song that Michelle introduced me to after we watched a episode of Scrubs that had this song in it.

I've got this cd it is an old short live group that Ice Cube founded way back in the day. The song is conterversial to say the least with its lyrics meaning.

Well here is the one you managed to get stuck in my head

18 years ago today we lost this man. I know we have posted this vid before but why not just one more time.

Well 10 years ago we lost Layne Staley

So on that note will post a good or two song from his band

It is just a bad day for the music industry it seems and rock in general.

Also heard that the guy behind Marshall amps died at the age of 88 on this day, no idea of what year or anything so generally a crappy day in rock/metal music etc in general

That it is, and I think Rooster has to be one of the best, if not the best song of theirs.
