Well take with a grain of salt or whatever as nothing is official regarding this until the WWE says so but based on this article I found Stacy appears to be going into the Hall of Fame this year.

Well still nothing official from WWE but her case for going into the Hall of Fame got a boost

Still no official statement about her going into the Hall of Fame or not but looking more likely I think as after something like six years of nothing on social media her Twitter and Facebook accounts went active again
